Boston Area Man Hit by Car while Out Walking
A car fatally hit a Boston man out for an early morning walk on Saturday, August 15 while he was attempting to cross a street. The accident happened at about six in the morning. Police are still investigating the man who was responsible.
According to the police report, the man driving the car during the accident traveled onto the sidewalk and struck the pedestrian. After suffering serious injuries, the man was taken to a local Boston Hospital where he later died.
Pedestrian accidents are serious events, which is why you should do everything in your power to avoid them. If you are going for a walk, make sure you wear reflective clothing so drivers can see, stay as far away from the edge of the road as possible, and choose times during the middle of the day to go for a walk so that drivers can see you more easily.
If you’ve been involved in a pedestrian accident, you may be able to recover compensation for your injuries through a personal injury lawsuit. A personal injury lawyer can help you hold the person responsible for your pedestrian accident injuries so you can recover damages to pay for medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages.

Michigan Accidents Injure One and Leave Another Dead
Last weekend, two different accidents left one husband mourning the loss of his wife, and another man nursing serious injuries in a Michigan hospital. The first accident was a fatal motorcycle accident while the second man was injured during an ATV accident The motorcycle accident occurred as a man and his wife were riding their motorcycles on a northbound highway in Michigan when the wife lost control. The motorcycle turned over onto its side, throwing the woman to the ground and sideswiping the her husband’s motorcycle. Although the woman was wearing a helmet during the motorcycle accident, she was badly injured and died as a result of her injuries.
The second Michigan accident involved two men and an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV). Reports of the ATV accident say that the two grown men were riding the ATV at the same time until it rolled over. One of the men suffered an injured spleen and fractured shoulder. The other died.
Accidents such as these are difficult for families to handle, which is why an experienced personal injury can help. In the time following accidents, personal injury lawyers can help determine if another party or factor caused the injuries and they can hold those parties responsible.
