Morgan Freeman Sued over Auto Accident

The woman who was with actor Morgan Freeman has filed a lawsuit against him for negligence. She claims Freeman was not paying attention and failed to keep control of the vehicle last August in Mississippi.

In a statement that also denies her romantic involvement with the actor, the woman said the crash has changed her life and that she continues to suffer both mentally and physically. She said, "I sustained numerous injuries. I was unconscious following the accident. I could not take care of myself for several months." She further claims she has not been able to go back to work since the accident.

The woman is seeking compensation for pain and suffering, medical expenses, lost wages, property damage and permanent physical disability.

Freeman's publicist has said they are confident that the events surrounding the accident will be resolved. However, it has not been made public how much this may cost Mr. Freeman.

If you or a loved one has suffered injuries in an automobile accident, you may seek compensation for a number of things. If you have been unable to return to work, your medical bills may begin to pile up. If you continue to suffer pain, both mentally and physically, it can be difficult to go back to your normal life.

If you suffer any of these, please contact an experienced automobile accident attorney in your area.
