Dozens more are reportedly on the loose. Police state that the driver was going too fast around a curve when his load of hogs shifted. The uneven load of hogs caused the tractor-trailer to roll onto its side. The truck then slid down an embankment where it was stopped by a cluster of trees. The 23-year-old driver was not injured, but his younger brother was taken to the hospital with a knee injury. Salvage crews spent hours off-loading the hogs and cleaning up the wreckage. There is no word on the ones who bolted for freedom. Shifting loads in tractor-trailers is a danger not only to the truck drivers, but to those around them.
